Tony Falvo is a retired Oil Trading professional with over 21 years of Trading experience. He is the former Head of Gunvor’s Canadian & Caribbean Oil Trading businesses. Previously, he served as President of Neste Canada for 9 years where he had a proven track record of success, growing annual sales from $200 Million to $2.8 Billion within his first 2 year tenure. He began his career in the Oil Industry and has held several positions within Petro-Canada’s and Suncor’s Finance and Oil Trading groups since 1997.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Majors in Finance and Accounting, and Minors in Business Law and Marketing, and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of Canada and Ontario.

Mr. Falvo has significant experience with governance and compliance within both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Aruba LeVent Condominiums. In addition, Tony has acted as chair, treasurer and committee chair on various boards throughout his career. He is a recent past member of the Board of Directors of the Canada Finland Chamber of Commerce, Neste Canada Inc., Renewable Industries Canada, the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association, and the Petro-Canada DC Pension Plan Committee.

Tony is actively involved in real estate investments throughout Canada, and Aruba, with a particular focus on the Retirement Home sector for the past 19 years. He has extensive experience in structuring, financing and managing investments, with a history of successful acquisition and integration transactions.

Tony is responsible for investor reporting and for overseeing the management of all active investments within Brookmere’s real estate investment portfolio. 

Frank Giuliani is a professional real estate investor, builder and developer with over 35 years of experience. He has amassed a large residential, industrial and commercial portfolio of properties.

Mr. Giuliani is a senior managing partner, investor and developer in multiple commercial, industrial and multi-residential real estate development and redevelopment sites in southern Ontario and Aruba. He has established strong expertise in property valuations, acquisitions and the structuring of complex investment structures.

He has extensive experience in the management and financial aspects of real estate projects and developments

Salvatore Strazzeri is the former owner and operator of Harvest Wagon, a boutique family-run one-stop shop for quality grocery products, located in Toronto, Canada.

Mr. Strazzeri is a principal shareholder, and is actively involved as special advisor in the capital funding of Bayfield Realty Advisors.

He owns several real estate investments throughout Canada, and Aruba, and has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, negotiations, financing and management. Mr. Strazzeri has a particular expertise in developing innovative financial structures designed to match the need of both issuers and investors.

He is responsible for engaging and managing new and existing investor relationships and creating strong real estate development portfolios that align with our client’s investment objectives.
