Based on pricing and local supply and demand trends.

Create stable monthly cash distributions

Return investor capital at the earliest opportunity

Refinance investment structures with the objective of deferring taxes and building generational wealth

Increase net operating income through active asset management with the goal of ultimately disposing of its interests in assets by the end of the term, which may include:

High return value-add capital expenditures
Lease up on non-stabilized properties
Increase rental rates
Revenue enhancement through ancillary income opportunities, and operating expenses reductions
Best-in-class property management and economies of scale
